09:02 Arlo – partnering with Petritegi Sagardoa, located just outside of San Sebastian in Spain, Petritegi presses and ferments their apples in enormous, decades-old chestnut barrels; then ships this fermented cider to Vermont where it is blended with fruit sourced from New England.  6.0% ABV  Shacksbury Cider, Vergennes VT with Petritegi Bidea 20115 Astigarraga, Gipuzkoa.  SUDS- 5   

19:24 Strawberry Rhubarb Cider - with strawberries and rhubarb 5% ABV.  Hudson North Cider Company, Newburgh, NY SUDS-  3    

22:58 Drier Side Unfiltered Cider- classic unfiltered hard apple cider. 4.5% ABV.  Downeast Cider House, Boston, MA  SUDS-4   

25:18 Flagship Dry Hard Cider – fermented with sauvignon blanc yeast. 6.9% ABV. Bad Seed Cider, Highland, NY. SUDS- 3  

35:08 Farm Flor Dry Rustic Table Cider – using their Solera program, each batch includes 10% cider from their 75-barrel oak foudre, then add 10% fresh juice back into the foudre to continue the Solera process. The remaining 90% is fermented from Hudson Valley apples and co-fermented with a tea of woods like French oak and Spanish cedar, then blended together.  6.0% ABV  SUDS-4 

37:35 Black Widow – cider with blackberries. 6.0% ABV.  Original Sin Hard Cider, Lafayette, NY  SUDS- 3
